offers multiple time-limiting modes for the video conference such as the instant
distribution, manual distribution and time-scheduled distribution, the user can
flexibly select the distribution time of the video conference contents. |

In accordance with the security requirement of the meeting, the system offers two
distribution modes of the video conference content, namely, the secure distribution and
external distribution. Only the person passing the system identity authentication can
gain access to the securely distributed video conference content, and the externally
distributed video conference content can be directly accessed and ordered by all
users inside the network. |

The system offers downloading of the video conference content and material, the
administrator can download the video files and distribute them to other stream media
system or store and backup them into other media. |
