This system can support access of all existing monitoring systems
The old monitoring system follows the standard H.323 protocol for network transfer after adopting this system
The safety supervision bureau of each city can dispatch all monitoring pictures of the administered areas for display
The provincial supervision bureau can display all monitoring pictures in the province for display
The provincial department and city bureau can realize high-resolution and multi-picture output

To realize the consolidated access and integrate existing picture transfer systems for consolidated transfer and display, the system is designed as follows:
Front access: the decoder is deployed at each central picture site (such as the coal mine of the city or county) and each picture aggregation point offers A/V signals to the decoder.
Transfer mode: the picture signals collected by each decoder are uniformly encoded and transferred under H.323 protocol in the private network
Display mode: by use of IP network matrix the accessed video pictures at the front end are managed through the console and management server, and are displayed on the TV wall or large screen the decoder. |
